Non delivery of goods
Royal Mail process their claims within 4-5 working days unfortunately they
will not look into any claim until after 15 working days from date of posting.

This service is fully tracked and delivery sould
be completed within 1 or 2 working days (working days are Mon-Fri).
For non delivery will mean
parcel force leaving a card so
you may get items re-delivered
at a alternative date.
If your goods do not arrive by 18:00 on the second day
please cantact by e-mail the following
day for us to
enquire as to your consignments location.
If the consignment is not delivered for whatever reason, we will lodge
a cliam with Parcelforce/DHL for the loss.
Once we cliam parcel force will contact you for further information
before completing the claim
